Here are some our educators recommend. We will add to the list as we get more ideas from our families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-cheese cut into cubes, sticks, or slices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-yogurt (there are a variety of ways yogurt is sold. You can get small individual containers, or tubes to squeeze, or you can buy a bigger container and put just enough for a serving in a reusable&nbsp;container. Whatever you &amp; he like best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-crackers\/graham crackers\/ goldfish crackers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-veggies (raw cucumbers, raw peppers, snap peas or shelled peas, steamed or shredded carrots are some popular ones)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-fruit-berries,apples, bananas, oranges,&nbsp;melon, grapes are popular.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-muffins, tortilla, bannock, biscuit, naan bread, bread &amp; butter, wow butter&nbsp; or sun butter (made from sunflower seeds and is peanut free)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-bear paws or nut free granola&nbsp;bars<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-bagel and cream cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-fruit&nbsp; bars, fruit cups, fruit snacks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-leftover pancakes or waffles with or without honey or syrup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-eggs prepared however you like<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-oatmeal -prepare at home and send in a reheatable container<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-dinner leftovers cut in bite sized pieces<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have had some requests for lunch and snack ideas.
